Terms and Conditions

 

Payment & Booking Information:

To enable us to meet your needs we prefer advanced bookings with at least 24 hours notice.
If you require a booking before 24 hours, please call 4U Transfers and Tours directly on 04 98761184 and we will check availability. Payment is required prior to travel.

We accept all major credit cards and internet banking.

A copy invoice/receipt will be provided upon request.

Brisbane Airport – All Airport pickups will incur additional $10 charge.

Child Restraints: Children and infants will only be carried if you have a suitable child restraint. Please advise if you require one at the time of booking.

 

Flight Delays/Cancellations/Refund policy:

We monitor flight arrival times and support late arrivals when it is possible.
In case of flight delays, 4U Transfers and Tours will wait up to 60 mins and will wait longer at the discretion of the operations manager.

In all cases, 4U will endeavour to provide a substitute service at a later time subject to availability.
All airport pickups have an allowance of 1hr waiting time. After this, we will charge additional $40 per each 30 minutes thereafter.

4 U Transfers and Tours does not take any responsibility for missed flights or tour connections arising from delays i.e. abnormal traffic congestion, poor weather, roadworks, or from the variation of times or delays caused by customers.

 

Changes of Booking or Reservation
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to change confirmed booking details (e.g. date, time, locations etc.). We will try to accommodate required change(s) as much as possible, however, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to make such changes due to other bookings and / or other commitments

 

Refund policy: (applies to Airport Transfers & Day Tours)

Please notify us in writing as soon as you are aware of your need to cancel your booking or reservation.

 

Airport Transfers

If you cancel your booking or reservation at least 7 days prior to the booking / reservation date, we will provide a full refund. A cancellation fee that is equal to 10% of the booking value will apply.

Credit card, fees charged by the credit card processing company for refunding will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you cancel your booking or reservation between 3 to 7 days prior the booking / reservation date, we will charge 50% cancellation fee.

We will charge 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your booking or reservation within 24 – 48 hours or if you are not present at the agreed time and place as per your booking or reservation.

Full Day Tours

If you cancel your booking or reservation 14 days prior to the booking date we will charge 50% cancellation fee.

We will charge 100% cancellation fee if you cancel your booking or reservation within 7 days of the agreed reservation.

Credit card, fees charged by the credit card processing company for refunding will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

General Conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any or all of our services without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service(s).

We have made every effort to display colours and images of our fleet as accurate as possible, however, we do not guarantee that colours / images will be exactly the same as there might be some difference(s).

As there might be unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness), we reserve the right to change or cancel any booking(s) you have made with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number you have provided at the time of booking was made. If we cancel the booking for the above reasons we will provide a full refund.

If you damage or soil any part of our vehicle(s), you will be liable for all cost(s) relevant to rectification of such damage.

 

Child Restraints:
Children and infants will only be carried if you have a suitable child restraint. Please advise if you require one at the time of booking.

 

Baggage allowance:
1 x check in bag and 1 x carry-on bag per passenger.
